DONNA'S PROFILE
 Mrs. Tidwell is the Managing Broker and Team Leader of the highly successful "Team Tidwell" at HomeTeam Realty, Inc. She started working in the real estate industry 17 years ago with Coldwell Banker Bullard and opened HomeTeam Realty on January 1, 2009. She received her real estate training through Clayton College and State University and the Georgia Realtor Institute. Donna has been awarded the Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Senior Residential Sales Professional (CSRS, Certified Previews Properties Luxury Home Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), and Senior Representative Sale Specialist (SRSP) designations.
In each of the last seven years, Donna was awarded Coldwell Banker's highest award, President's Premier, reserved for the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally. In 2002, 2003 and 2006 Donna was named by Coldwell Banker as #1 Agent in Georgia. For Coldwell Banker Bullard she had been the Top Agent both for her office and Company-wide in each of the last 8 years.
A member of Metro South Association of Realtors' Circle of Excellence and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Donna has been named by Communities magazines "Communities 100" listing of Atlanta's Leading 100 Team Agents for the last 6 years. She was honored by Metro South Association of Realtors as the 2008 Business Woman of the year.
Before entering real estate, Mrs. Tidwell was an engineer with Bellsouth. A resident of McDonough, she is married to Jim Tidwell. They have 6 grown children and 18 grandchildren.
Mrs. Tidwell is a graduate of Miami-Dade Community College and holds a Bachelor of Business from Barry University. She is an active member of McDonough First Methodist Church, The Henry Council of Quality Growth, Henry County Chamber of Commerce, the Telephone Pioneers, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. She serves as the local Chaplain Director of Metro South Association of Realtors. Donna and Jim are both mentors at McDonough Elementary where they serve as Partners in Education.

 Brandy Fields (REALTOR): joined TeamTidwell 7 years ago fresh out of High School and 18 years old. Brandy has made the Million Dollar Club since 2000, and in 2005 & 2006 she made the 3 Million Dollar Club. Brandy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Clayton State University. She is currently a full time buyer & listing agent as well as a full time mom to her 1 year old daughter.

 Susan Hudson (Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, and RELO Specialist): joined TeamTidwell in August 2006 coming to TeamTidwell from Harry Norman. Susan has made the Million Dollar Club each year in Real Estate. Her previous career was in Banking as an Assistant Manager with Wachovia.
|  Vickie Hunt (Associate Broker, Listing & Buyer Specialist): joined TeamTidwell in March 2001 as TeamTidwell's Rookie of the Year. Vickie has consistently produced excess of 2 million in Residential Sales and almost 3 million in 2005! Vickie was born, raised, and educated on the Southside of Atlanta and holds an Associate Degree from Clayton State University in Business and Accounting. Prior to her Real Estate Career, Vickie was District Sales Training Manager for Sara Lee. She has obtained the designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), and received her Associate Brokers License in 2009.

 Ashley Scharlow (Marketing Coordinator): joined TeamTidwell in December 2004 as our Marketing Director. Ashley grew up here in McDonough. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an Emphasis in Public Relations from Valdosta State University.

 Steve Faucett: joined Team Tidwell in February 2009 bringing with him a lot of International and sales experience. Steve was the new homes sales representative managing subdivisions in Clayton, Henry, and Spalding counties for Cagle Homes, LLC for over 8 years. Steve obtained his Georgia Real Estate License in 2005 and Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License in 2008. He was awarded as the Metro South Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year as well as honored with membership in the Million Dollar Club in his first year as a realtor in 2005. Steve was awarded with the Top Producer Award for both 2005 and 2006 by Access Realty.

 Cynthia Johnson: joined Team Tidwell in July 2009 with a background in sales management. Cynthia obtained her Georgia Real Estate License in 2002 and Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License in 2005. She was the new home sales representative managing subdivisions in Clayton and Henry counties from 2002-2004 and received the Top Sales Award for new construction in 2004, closing over 6.5 million for Legacy Realty Group.

 Tonya Whitmire: joined Team Tidwell in August 2009, obtaining her Georgia Real Estate License in 2007. Tonya is a member of the Metro South Association of Realtors and is a certified Real Estate Owned Specialist. She also specializes in Property Management and Investment Real Estate. Tonya has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University and previously worked as an Analytical Chemist in the Refrigeration Industry and in Regulatory Affairs.
